The application of CNC cylindrical grinding machine is very extensive, it can be used in industries such as automobiles, motorcycles, air compressors, bearings, military, aviation, aerospace, etc., mainly for batch processing of parts. Its main characteristics are good universality, high modularity, high precision and rigidity, and high work efficiency.
The CNC cylindrical grinder is mainly composed of a bed, worktable, grinding wheel holder, headstock, and tailstock.
Bed frame: It adopts large circular hole rib plate, so the grinder has good rigidity and can be used for a long time.
Workbench: It is divided into upper and lower tabletops, which are directly driven by servo motors to move ball screws, ensuring smooth and reliable movement.
Grinding wheel holder: Its linear velocity is generally less than 35m/s, and the grinding efficiency is relatively high. Its motion is directly driven by servo motors and ball screws, and its minimum resolution can reach 0.0005mm.
Headstock: The dial is rotated by a motor variable frequency speed regulation and a pulley at a speed of 40-500r/min. It can achieve segmented stepless speed regulation to adapt to grinding workpieces of different diameters and materials and meet different requirements.
End face gauge and radial vector gauge: Their main function is to ensure that the ground workpiece can reach the required position stably, with a size dispersion of up to 0.003mm or less.
