The crawling of CNC end face cylindrical grinding machines is often caused by poor lubrication of the worktable running guide rails. The lubrication is too small, or simply due to blockage of the lubrication channel, the lubricating oil cannot reach the guide rail at all, which increases the friction between the guide rail pairs and causes crawling phenomenon. At this point, as long as the lubrication channel is opened or the lubrication amount is appropriately increased, the problem of workbench crawling can be solved. It should be noted that the lubrication amount between the guide rail pairs cannot be adjusted too much, otherwise it will cause drift during the operation of the worktable, which will lead to related quality problems of the ground workpiece.
Hydraulic system adjustment of CNC end face cylindrical grinder:
1. Adjust the hydraulic system according to the instructions in the machine tool manual. When the machine tool leaves the factory, it is usually adjusted to the appropriate position, and users do not need to adjust it again.
2. When users need to readjust the hydraulic system, they should follow the instructions in the machine manual, lock it after adjustment, and tighten the pipeline joints.
3. Protection interlock for commonly used hydraulic systems.
4. Adjustment of hydraulic equipment usage.
Under continuous long-term use, the CNC end face cylindrical grinder will accelerate its aging and burn out, so it can be intermittently rested for a while, or the displayed content can be frequently modified, or it can be operated in protective mode for a while, which will help to delay aging. It should be stopped when the temperature is too low.
