1. The spindle bearing of the external cylindrical grinder grinding wheel adopts a conical shaped oil wedge dynamic pressure bearing, and the grinding wheel spindle still has high bearing stiffness at low speeds.
2. The grinding wheel rack guide rail adopts a cross roller rigid guide rail, and the semi-automatic feed mechanism is implemented by a rotary oil cylinder.
3. The tailstock shaft system has the characteristic of seamless stiffness, and the electrical box, hydraulic box, and cooling box are separated from the machine tool.
4. The cylindrical grinder is equipped with a grinding indicator and a coolant filter.
5. The head frame speed only has AC variable frequency speed regulation.
6. The electrical system of the cylindrical grinder adopts a programmable controller, which has self diagnostic function and easy maintenance.
