Universal cylindrical grinding machine:purpose and characteristics

1. The MW1432B series is an improved universal cylindrical grinder that combines the advantages of M131W and M1432A, and is manually operated, electrically controlled, and hydraulically controlled;
2. The rigidity and thermal deformation of the machine bed are better than M1432A. The lubrication of the worktable is in the form of small hole throttling unloading. The spindle of the grinding wheel frame is thickened, the motor power is increased, the temperature rise of the grinding wheel frame oil pool is small, and the grinding rate is high;
3. The longitudinal movement of the machine tool worktable, the rapid advance and retreat of the wheel frame, and the automatic periodic feed of the grinding wheel are all controlled by operation buttons, electrical and hydraulic systems. The machine tool is equipped with a manual worktable mechanism, a manual lateral feed mechanism for the grinding wheel rack, and a hydraulic foot operated tailstock top retraction device;
4. The headstock can be adjusted at any angle within a 90 degree counterclockwise range. Swinging the headstock, worktable, or grinding wheel rack can grind inner and outer conical workpieces with different taper angles. The inner circular grinding tool bracket on the grinding wheel rack body can be flipped down to grind inner circular parts, and there are 6 sets of inner circular grinding rods available for selection;
5. The workpiece, outer circular grinding wheel, inner circular grinding wheel, hydraulic pump, and cooling pump are each driven by independent motors;
6. The machine tool adopts electrical and hydraulic interlocking mechanisms with various moving parts, ensuring safe operation. The outer and inner grinding wheels are equipped with reliable safety shields.
