Reason analysis: (1) The grinding machine's reversing workstation stays too short; (2) Grinding wheel wear and rounding of the outer corner of the grinding wheel.
Preventive measures: (1) Increase the dwell time for reversing the workstation; (2) Timely correction of the grinding wheel of the dual system CNC end face cylindrical grinder is necessary to ensure the accuracy of workpiece grinding.
In addition, attention should be paid to the maintenance of the CNC end face cylindrical grinder, including the grinding wheel holder, oil tank, static pressure oil tank, worktable drive arrangement (Z-axis), lateral feed arrangement (X-axis), ball screw lubrication system, etc.
1. Grinding wheel holder: Check for spindle clearance, damage to unloading pulley bearings, abnormal operation of grinding wheel motor, and establishment of dynamic pressure.
