Due to the poor flatness of the ground in production and processing sites, it is necessary to adjust the leveling screws to achieve a relative height for the equipment. First, check if every screw on the foot is securely fastened to the floor cushion. Use a level to check if the front, back, left, right, and up and down are aligned, and tighten the screws.
2. After performing the above operation, if the vibration of the cylindrical grinder is not eliminated, the ground should be checked. If the ground is terrazzo or paved, it is relatively firm. If the cement floor is flat, the ground will be relatively empty, which will cause resonance. In this situation, you can buy a few gray black rubber pads from a plastic hardware store, with a thickness of 6-10mm and a size of 10cm, slightly larger than the size of the floor cushion. Loosen the anchor bolts and place the rubber pads under the level floor cushion to have greater seismic resistance.
3. If there are no problems after the above inspection, it is necessary to check the issues of sand splashing on the external cylindrical grinder and the fixing flange of the grinding wheel. There are generally two factors that can cause vibration: one is the uneven particle size distribution of the grinding wheel, which causes the center of gravity to be unstable when rotating and leads to vibration; The second issue is that the inner hole is not standard and slightly larger, which can cause vibration due to jumping up and down when installed.
