An external cylindrical grinder is a grinder that is programmed in advance according to processing requirements, and numerical information instructions are issued by the control system for processing. It is mainly used for grinding cylindrical and conical outer surfaces. Generally, it has the characteristics of high universality, modularity, high precision, high rigidity, efficiency, and high adaptability, and is suitable for batch processing of related parts in industries such as automobiles, motorcycles, air compressors, bearings, etc. The measured values are automatically input into the CNC system, which sends a signal to rotate the X-direction servo motor, driving the ball screw to the given position, and stabilizing the size of the ground workpiece to the required position.
1、 Before specific use, it is necessary to carefully inspect the machinery, protective devices, work cards, measuring tools, etc., and ensure that they are in a relatively complete state before starting up for use. After the manual inspection is completed, the external cylindrical grinder should be run empty first, and the longitudinal reciprocating operation of the grinding head of the equipment should be checked in detail. After confirming that everything is normal, the operating procedure can be entered.
2、 When the equipment is in use, its internal hydraulic system has strict requirements and must not exceed the specified range. The oil temperature should be less than 50 ℃. If there is air in the oil cylinder, the equipment grinding head should be moved several times with a larger stroke in a timely manner to achieve the effect of eliminating gas. Due to the lack of interlocking mechanism in the equipment, the handle needs to be pulled out during hydraulic reciprocating automatic motion.
3、 During equipment operation, it is necessary to check at all times whether the fixtures and workpieces are securely fastened, ensure the tightness and balance of the grinding wheel, and ensure that the belt tension is appropriate. The grinding wheel of the equipment should be adjusted and replaced in a timely manner after being worn dull. When adjusting the grinding wheel, the diamond knife should be firmly placed on the bracket, and eye protection glasses should be worn if necessary. At the same time, when repairing, lubricating, and wiping the external cylindrical grinder, it should be done while the machine is turned off to avoid electric shock accidents.
