1、 Precautions
1. Wear protective goggles when dry grinding or dressing the grinding wheel on the CNC end face cylindrical grinder;
2. During grinding, it is forbidden to clean the workpiece to prevent brushes and other debris from being caught up by the grinder and causing the grinding wheel to explode;
3. No one is allowed to stand on the front of the grinding wheel, and the operator should stand on the side of the grinding wheel;
4. During operation, operators are strictly prohibited from bringing their heads and bodies close to the machine to avoid squeezing accidents;
5. When adjusting the feed stroke, it should be done in a stopped state;
6. When cleaning the ground debris, tools should be used; After the work is completed, turn off the main power supply;
7. It is strictly prohibited to place individuals or other objects on the worktable of the CNC end face cylindrical grinder, and it is not allowed to use a hammer to strike accessories and workpieces already installed on the equipment.
2、 Daily maintenance
Before starting work every day, the dust and debris on the workbench should be cleaned up, and the work site should be cleaned up. Workpieces should not be placed randomly around the machine; As required, add lubricating oil to the marked areas of the machine tool daily.
3、 Exception handling
When there is an abnormal situation with the CNC end face cylindrical grinder, it is not allowed to disassemble it without authorization. The operator needs to fill out a repair report, which will be confirmed by the team leader or above and reported to the workshop. The workshop will then organize maintenance personnel to carry out the repair.
