Preparation before starting the cylindrical grinder.
1. The oil basin in the oil tank should reach the specified oil level position.
2. Adjust the tightness of the belt appropriately.
3. The protective cover and grinding wheel should be securely fastened, positioned correctly, and the dust-proof felt pad should be tightly adhered.
4. Check if the electrical system is in good condition, without short circuits, and the surrounding environment should be clean.
5. Inject lubricating oil in sequence according to the lubrication location specified in the foreign grinding machine manual for the piston cup.
6. Connect the main power supply, start the oil pump and other motors in sequence, pay attention to the operating status, and if any abnormalities are found, the power should be turned off. After inspection and handling, the vehicle can be started.
7. Start the piston cup external grinding machine, idle for 3 minutes, and check whether the movements of each part are normal, whether the sound is normal, and whether the coolant is unobstructed.
8. Before installing the grinding wheel, it should be prevented from getting damp, and the grinding wheel should undergo a static balance test. It is strictly prohibited for the grinding wheel to have cracks.
9. When installing the card grinding wheel, a paper pad of 0.5-1.0mm should be placed between the grinding wheel and the pressure plate, and evenly fastened with a wrench. It is not allowed to use pipes to fasten, so as not to cause the grinding wheel to crack.
