Briefly describe the circuit configuration of the CNC end face cylindrical grinder.
The CNC end face cylindrical grinder is different from external cylindrical grinding. During internal cylindrical grinding, the diameter of the grinding wheel is generally smaller due to the limitation of the workpiece aperture, so the grinding wheel wears out quickly and needs to be regularly repaired and replaced. The grinding wheel used for internal grinding is softer than that used for external grinding because the contact area between the grinding wheel and the workpiece is larger during internal grinding. In addition, the diameter of the grinding wheel shaft is relatively small, the overhang length is large, and the rigidity is poor, so the grinding depth cannot be large, which reduces productivity.
