1. First, check the horizon. If the level of the foundation screws of the machine tool is not adjusted properly, it will cause resonance of the machine tool. Because sometimes the flatness of the ground in the processing site is not good, it is necessary to adjust the horizontal screws to make the machine reach an uneven height. We need to check whether each screw of the foot is properly installed in the floor mat. Use a spirit level to check if the front, back, left, and right are level, and tighten the screws.
2. If the above actions have been taken but the vibration is still not resolved, we should check whether it is due to the virtual space of the ground floor. If the ground is terrazzo or paved with floor blocks, it is relatively solid. If it is a cement floor, the ground is very virtual and can cause resonance. How to deal with this situation? Go to a rubber hardware store and buy a few black rubber pads, with a thickness of about 6-10mm and a size of 10cm, slightly larger than the size of the floor mat. Loosen the foot screws and place the rubber pads under the horizontal floor mat to greatly reduce vibration.
3. If the vibration is still not resolved after the above actions, we need to check the issues with the grinding machine sanding and the fixing flange of the grinding wheel. First is the grinding wheel. Due to the uneven quality of grinding wheels on the market, there are generally two factors that affect the vibration of grinding wheels: one is the uneven particle size of the grinding wheel, which causes unstable parts to vibrate when rotating; The second issue is that the inner hole is not standardized and tends to be larger. For example, the flange aperture requirement for our grinder is 31.75, but if the grinding wheel is 32, it will bounce up and down and cause vibration when installed. We need to inquire about the specifications when purchasing grinding wheels, and it is recommended to buy grinding wheels of good quality. 1、 Poor grinding wheel affects machining performance; 2、 Easy to crack and pose a danger during the machining and grinding process; 3、 Poor balance of the grinding wheel can seriously affect the lifespan of the grinding machine spindle.
