Product Introduction

CNC internal grinding machine is also one of the high-precision grinding machine products. Precise grinding machine products must ensure the stability of the equipment during use, and there should be no shaking during the use of the equipment to avoid affecting the operational accuracy of the equipment. When CNC grinding machines are used for precision grinding, the machine tool cannot be offset or vibrated, even small vibrations may affect the production efficiency of the equipment.
There are many reasons for equipment vibration, which may be due to the quality of the machine tool itself or external environment. In short, we need to be able to promptly identify the cause of the problem and solve it as soon as possible. After discovering the problem of machine tool shaking, we need to find the root of the problem. It may be due to the vibration generated by the grinding machine spindle after prolonged use, or it may be due to damaged bearings or motors inside, or it may be due to problems with the structure and assembly of the machine tool. So how should we go about finding the problem?
1. Check the horizon
As the saying goes, the stability of a building depends on whether the foundation is well laid? The use of CNC grinding machines is the same. After discovering the problem of vibration in the equipment, we need to first check whether the ground is stable. If the ground is not stable enough, we also need to move the equipment to a suitable production ground. If the cause of vibration is not the ground but the foundation of the equipment itself, it will be more troublesome. We need to adjust the foot screws of the equipment horizontally to prevent resonance.
2. Ground Floor Space Void
The floor being too empty can also cause equipment to shake, and the emptiness of the cement floor can cause resonance, leading to equipment shaking. How to deal with this situation? We can use terrazzo or flooring to solve the problem of empty floors, or we can purchase a few black rubber pads and place them under the horizontal floor mats to solve the problem.
3. Processing environment
If none of the above reasons are the cause of equipment shaking, then let's check the surrounding environment again. If there are too many large equipment around the machine tool, it may cause equipment shaking due to resonance. Precision CNC grinders should not be placed near the same work site as machines with high vibration, such as punch presses and lathes, which can easily cause resonance in the grinder. Users can place these large devices in separate workshops to prevent mutual interference between them.
