The direction change method and control parameters in the system using a stroke direction change valve have a decisive effect on the direction change impact. Below, we will discuss the direction change impact problem of the grinder from the perspective of direction change method and control strategy.
A pull rod is connected to the reversing valve core to use a stroke reversing valve for reversing. Use the travel stop on the workbench to push the pull rod to achieve automatic direction change. When the worktable moves slowly, when the directional valve reaches the middle position, whether the left and right chambers of the hydraulic cylinder are both filled with pressure oil, or both chambers are filled with return oil, or both chambers are closed, at this time, there is no hydraulic pressure pushing the two chambers of the hydraulic cylinder, which will stop the worktable movement. Therefore, the directional valve cannot reach the other end, and the so-called "dead point" occurs; When the worktable moves at high speed, the stopper pushes the pull rod to change the direction of the directional valve quickly. The pressure in one chamber of the hydraulic cylinder suddenly drops from the working pressure p to 0, and the pressure in the other chamber suddenly rises from 0 to p, resulting in a significant directional shock. At present, this system is widely used in small grinding machines.
