What are the maintenance steps for CNC cylindrical grinding machines?
Remove the spindle, polish and grind the spindle neck, increase the surface roughness of the spindle, and make the spindle roughness of the CNC cylindrical grinder reach Ra0.05um.
The lubricating oil for the static pressure oil tank is composed of 30% 20 # mechanical oil and 70% kerosene. When the oil tank is added, the pressure is adjusted to around 1.5Mpa using an overflow valve, and the oil pressure entering the oil chamber is adjusted to around 1.0-0.6Mpa using a feedback throttle. After the lubricating oil enters the bearing oil chamber, check whether there is a phenomenon of light and sinking on one side after locking. The grinding wheel spindle should float in the middle of the bearing and be adjusted properly by gently rotating it by hand.
Before maintenance, it is necessary to use a dial gauge to detect the radial runout and axial displacement of the spindle, and check the degree of wear and whether there are cracks on the spindle.
Pull out the eight oil chambers on the front and rear bearings above the bearing holes, clean the 0.5mm section flow hole with gasoline, scrub the bearing hole diameter, and install it into the main shaft. The main shaft should be handled gently to avoid touching the static pressure bearing. The gap between the shaft shoulder and the end face can be controlled by adjusting the thickness of the washer through grinding.
