1. Bed and worktable
The bed of the CNC cylindrical grinder adopts large circular holes and shark fin shaped rib plates. After long-term use, the machine tool has good dynamic and static stiffness. The workbench can be divided into upper and lower surfaces for grinding conical surfaces. The guide rails for the bed and worktable are made of plastic coated rails, which have a low coefficient of friction. The worktable is directly driven by a servo motor to move the ball screw, ensuring smooth and solid movement.
2. Grinding wheel holder
The linear speed of the grinding wheel is less than 35m/s, with high grinding efficiency. The grinding head bearing is a large angle three tile dynamic pressure bearing, with high rotational accuracy. The movement of the grinding wheel rack is directly dragged by servo motors and ball screws, with a resolution of 0.0005mm.
3. Headframe
The rotation of the headstock dial is driven by a motor variable frequency speed regulation to drive the pulley. The dial rotates at a speed of 40-500r/min in stages to adapt to the grinding of workpieces with different diameters, materials, and requirements.
4. Numerical control box and electrical cabinet
Has its own CNC control box with LCD display, machine operation buttons, 1um band compensation switch, hand cranked pulse generator, etc.
5. End face measuring instrument and radial vector instrument
When the CNC cylindrical grinder is equipped with a radial vector analyzer, the measured values are automatically input into the CNC system. The CNC system sends a signal to rotate the X-direction servo motor, which drives the ball screw to reach the given position and stabilizes the size of the ground workpiece to the required position. The size dispersion of the batch ground workpiece is less than 0.003mm.
