Technical operating procedures for internal (external) cylindrical grinding machines.
1. Before starting work, it is necessary to check whether the reciprocating directional valve is secure and whether the working stroke is correct.
2. When measuring the workpiece with a plug gauge or instrument, the vehicle must be stopped and there should be a distance between the grinding wheel and the workpiece. The plug gauge should be used steadily when entering the inner hole; Do not hit your hands.
3. When grinding the inner hole, if the grinding wheel breaks, the machine should be stopped and the rotation should be stopped before exiting the grinding rod for processing.
4. When using tooling for processing, the tooling must be installed correctly, securely clamped, and the top must meet the standards. Check for wear and tear as well as any damage or cracks. Anti bending measures must be taken when grinding long workpieces.
5. The main flow of coolant must be on the contact surface between the workpiece and the grinding wheel to prevent uneven cooling speed of the grinding wheel from breaking and injuring people.
6. Grinding the inner hole must use a grinding rod according to regulations and must not be arbitrarily modified.
7. When grinding eccentric workpieces, a counterweight must be installed to ensure balanced operation.
8. When loading and unloading heavy workpieces, wooden boards should be laid on the bed surface.
