Maintenance and upkeep of CNC end face cylindrical grinder:
Main parts: grinding wheel holder, oil tank, static pressure oil tank, worktable drive mechanism (Z-axis), transverse feed mechanism (X-axis), ball screw lubrication system, etc.
1. Grinding wheel holder: Check the spindle clearance, whether the unloading pulley bearing is damaged, whether the grinding wheel motor is running abnormally, and whether the dynamic pressure is established.
2. Oil tank: Check whether the oil pump shaft of the CNC end face cylindrical grinder is damaged or broken, and whether there is any oil-water mixing phenomenon or other defects.
3. Static pressure oil tank: Change the oil every 6 months, clean the oil filter screen, and check if the oil pressure relay is in good contact.
4. Workbench drive mechanism (Z-axis): Check the accuracy of positioning, repeated positioning, reverse clearance, etc. If there are problems, dismantle and repair the ball screw, and check for oil-water mixing.
5. Horizontal feed mechanism (X-axis): The inspection method is the same as the Z-axis.
6. Ball screw lubrication system: Check the lubrication effect of the lubrication station and measuring parts, and ensure that there is no blockage. If there is no oil, the oil needle of the measuring part should be removed and repaired to ensure lubrication.
Only by maintaining the various parts of the CNC end face cylindrical grinder can the service life of the equipment be extended.
