CNC Internal OD/ID Grinding Machine

CNC internal grinders offer exceptional precision, ensuring tight tolerances and superior surface finishes. With fully automated operations, these machines significantly reduce cycle times and increase production efficiency.

CNC internal grinding machine:usage and main specifications

The MW250A/MWD250A internal cylindrical grinder can grind cylindrical holes with a diameter of 150-500 millimeters and conical holes with a small taper, with a grinding depth of 450 millimeters.
This machine tool is mainly suitable for single batch production, and the worktable has hydraulic transmission and can adjust the working speed infinitely. The grinding wheel can be fed in a small amount, and each reciprocating stroke of the worktable causes the grinding wheel to feed once. The workpiece can be adjusted laterally, and the grinding wheel adjustment action is operated by a hydraulic handle, which can continuously adjust the dressing speed.
