1. The grinding wheel spindle bearing adopts a long five piece hydraulic dynamic pressure oil film bearing, which has a large load-bearing capacity, good rigidity, and smooth rotation;
2. The working speed of the guide wheel adopts an exchange gear with step variable speed, using an AC motor, which has a hard characteristic and is not easy to reverse drag;
3. The guide wheel can rotate at a small angle in a horizontal plane, and when grinding conical parts with a small taper, the grinding wheel does not need to be tapered;
4. The longitudinal movement of both the grinding wheel dresser and the guide wheel dresser is driven by hydraulic transmission, with uniform speed;
5. The imitation guide rails of the two refurbishers adopt double V-shaped steel ball rolling guide rails, which are sensitive to imitation, have no gaps, high precision, and long service life;
6. The feed skateboard adopts a needle roller guide rail, which is sensitive to movement, has high feed accuracy, and has a long service life;
7. The cooling system adopts a large water tank, which ensures sufficient cooling water, fast and clean heat dissipation, and is conducive to improving grinding efficiency, accuracy, and roughness;
