The oil level in the oil tank and the water level in the cooling water tank of the CNC cylindrical grinder need to be checked in a timely manner to see if they are sufficient. If they are not sufficient, they need to be added in a timely manner. During the processing of the equipment, the grinding wheel of the CNC cylindrical grinder needs to be used for its dressing work and balance experiments.
After the above work is completed and there are no problems found during inspection, the CNC internal grinder grinding wheel can be put into use. When dressing the grinding wheel in the equipment, its sharp diamond needs to be used for timely dressing, and its coolant also needs to be used.
