Reasons and measures for excessive cutting force of CNC cylindrical grinder

Release time:2025-04-08     Visits:29

Numerical control cylindrical grinder is a grinder that is pre programmed according to machining requirements, and numerical information instructions are issued by the control system for machining. It is mainly used for grinding cylindrical and conical outer surfaces. Generally, it has the characteristics of high universality, modularity, high precision, high rigidity, high efficiency, and good adaptability. According to different types of machine tools, it is suitable for batch processing of related parts in industries such as automobiles, motorcycles, air compressors, bearings, aviation, and aerospace.
CNC cylindrical grinding machines occupy more height space and less land area, leaving space around the machine for active loaders or robotic arms, making automation a more attractive option. When conducting machine tool repair inspections, many repair personnel will find that some large cylindrical grinding machine technologies have severe wear on both ends due to the machine tool itself, while the wear in the middle is very small. Therefore, corresponding compensation should be made for parts with significant wear and tear.
Most machine tools are equipped with hydraulic oil tanks. When the oil pump is working, the oil temperature will gradually rise, which will also cause the temperature of the machine tool to rise. And the heat generated by the guide rail is relatively low. When the CNC cylindrical grinder is working, it is basically in a state of cooling on the top and heating on the bottom. The existence of this temperature difference, if left for a long time, will cause deformation of the guide rail, and then it will show a convex situation.
