The CNC cylindrical grinder is mainly composed of grinding wheel frame, headstock, bed body, worktable, tailstock and other components during the production process. The bed body adopts large circular holes and shark fin shaped ribs. After long-term use, the machine tool has good dynamic and static stiffness.
The worktable of the CNC cylindrical grinder is divided into upper and lower tables, which can grind conical surfaces. The bed and worktable of the equipment use plastic coated guide rails, which have a low friction coefficient. The worktable is directly driven by a servo motor to move the ball screw smoothly.
The linear speed of its grinding wheel is less than 35m/s, and its overall grinding efficiency is relatively high during use. Its grinding head bearing is a large angle three tile dynamic pressure bearing with high rotational accuracy.
When the CNC cylindrical grinder is used in the radial vector analyzer, the measured values are automatically input into the CNC system. The CNC system sends a signal to rotate the X-direction servo motor, which drives the ball screw to reach the given position and stabilizes the size of the ground workpiece to the required position. The size dispersion of the batch ground workpiece is less than 0.003mm.
When in use, it mainly adopts the layout of its electromechanical integration structure, using work area protection or overall protection, and is easy to maintain and meets the requirements of ergonomics. The grinding wheel spindle system has high rotational accuracy and strong rigidity. The linear speed of the grinding wheel can reach 60m/s; The line speed of CBN grinding wheel can reach 80m/s.
