A CNC cylindrical grinder is composed of components such as a bed, worktable, grinding wheel holder, headstock, and tailstock. Below is a brief introduction to the installation of grinding wheels in the grinding wheel holder. Grinding wheels are generally installed with flanges. The flange base, flange cover, gasket, hexagon socket screw, and other components of the flange are included.
Installation requirements for grinding wheel blades of CNC cylindrical grinder:
(1) The installation base of the grinding wheel should have no obvious defects.
(2) The axis of the grinding wheel should not be significantly skewed or eccentric relative to the axis of the flange.
(3) When installing the grinding wheel, thick paper should generally be used as a backing to ensure that the pressure of the grinding wheel during installation and compression can be evenly distributed across the entire end face of the grinding wheel.
Precautions for CNC cylindrical grinder grinding wheel blades:
(1) When adjusting the balance frame, the adjustment screw should be adjusted slightly, and the rotation action should not be too large.
(2) After placing the grinding wheel and balance spindle on the balance frame, it should be avoided that the grinding wheel slides off the balance frame and damages the grinding wheel.
(3) When rotating the grinding wheel, it should be slightly and slowly, and excessive force should not be applied.
(4) The balance block also needs to move slightly.
(5) Always pay attention to the balance axis being perpendicular to the balance cylinder guide rail.
