Precautions for installation and maintenance of CNC cylindrical grinding machine.
1. Installation of CNC surface grinder.
The protective oil on the surface of the grinder must be removed first, otherwise smooth installation cannot be carried out. We also need to ensure a flat ground before installation to reduce the vibration of the equipment during use.
2. Pre maintenance and upkeep of CNC grinding machines.
In the early maintenance, we can clean the iron chip groove, water tank, oil filter and other accessories of the cooling pump to increase the efficiency of the equipment.
3. Post maintenance and upkeep of CNC grinding machines.
The operator should check whether the clearance between the grinding wheel spindle bearings is correct, and prevent bearing damage from affecting the operation of the equipment. If there are burrs on the workbench and guide rail surface, they should be promptly ground and leveled.
