1. Application and adjustment of bed frame
The bed is a box shaped casting. The front part of the bed is used as an oil tank. The electrical equipment is placed on the rear right part of the bed, and the oil pump equipment is installed on the wall at the rear of the bed.
2. Application and adjustment of workbench
The workbench is mainly composed of an upper table and a lower table. Loosen the hexagonal screws on the two pressure plates of the upper table, roll the adjustment handle, and the upper table can be reversed within a regular range to adjust the taper of the workpiece. After turning the upper table to the desired viewpoint, tighten the hexagonal screws of the two pressure plates before grinding. The label on the right pressure plate has two types of markings, one indicating taper and the other indicating share. When the tabletop rolls more than 6 degrees, the grinding wheel holder must rotate to a certain viewpoint to avoid collision between the tailstock and the grinding wheel holder.
Reasons for vibration patterns in CNC cylindrical grinding machines
1. Workpiece vibration: In addition to the influence factors of electric motors, pulleys, and belts, the poorer the rigidity of the workpiece ejector pin system, the greater the frictional force of the grinding wheel on the workpiece, and the more severe the vibration of the workpiece. Poor contact between the ejector pin and the center hole of the workpiece, such as the center hole having a polygonal shape, a small contact area of the conical fit, or poor fit between the ejector pin tail and the conical holes of the head and tail frames, can also cause vibration of the workpiece. Excessive lateral and longitudinal feed rates, as well as a dull working surface of the grinding wheel, can cause the workpiece to vibrate and produce ripples.
2. Uneven wear on the working surface of the grinding wheel, bluntness of the grinding wheel, system vibration, and uneven hardness of the grinding wheel can all cause vibration and ripple generation.
3. Grinding wheel vibration: If the balance of the grinding wheel and the various components that drive the grinding wheel is not good or the operation is uneven, it can cause grinding wheel vibration. The main reason is the poor balance of the grinding wheel, followed by the imbalance of the electric motor and pulley that drives the grinding wheel. The uneven thickness and length of the transmission belt result in the belt becoming loose and tight at times, and even slipping; In addition, the clearance between the grinding wheel spindle and the bearing is too large, causing ripples in the vibration generated during the rotation of the grinding wheel.
When operating a CNC cylindrical grinder, close attention should be paid to the contact condition between the grinding wheel and the workpiece surface. When the surface of the workpiece comes into contact with the grinding wheel, a continuous hissing sound can be heard, and the water stains on the surface of the workpiece can be carried away by the rotating grinding wheel. At the same time, weak sparks can be seen. At this time, coolant can be added. The coolant should be a slightly higher concentration saponification solution, which must undergo strict cleaning and filtration before use. Then feed, with a feed rate of 0.005mm per pair of strokes. When the spark disappears, the grinding is completed. At this point, press the lateral feed handwheel in the feed direction to slightly press the grinding wheel into the workpiece without feeding, which is equivalent to polishing the workpiece once to further improve the surface quality of the grinding.
