3. Before starting work, protective equipment should be worn according to regulations, a handover record book should be kept, and specific inspections should be carried out on each position of the machine tool. Any problems found should be gradually reported, and any abnormalities should not be driven during work without resolution.
4. Before starting construction, the following locations should be inspected, and the oil basin in the oil tank should be higher than the required relative height of the oil level; Is adjusting the tension of the drive belt suitable; The protective cover and sand wheel should be securely fastened, properly positioned, and the anti fouling felt pad should be tightly adhered; Check whether the electrical control system is normal, without short circuit faults, and the surrounding environment should be cleaned up; According to the lubrication rules specified in the instructions, introduce lubricating grease in sequence; Connect the main switch power supply, run the gasoline pump and other electric motors in sequence, pay attention to the operation, and if any abnormalities are found, the program should be turned off. After inspection and resolution, the vehicle can be driven; Start the CNC end face cylindrical grinder and run it at high speed for 3 minutes to check if everything is normal; Before installing the sand wheel, it is necessary to avoid the sand wheel from becoming damp again, and the sand wheel should undergo a rotor dynamic balance test.
