Below is a brief introduction to its daily maintenance methods:
1. After completing daily homework, use a brush to clean the entire body of the equipment. It is strictly prohibited to use an air gun to blow directly onto the workbench or guide rail to prevent iron filings from entering the guide rail and affecting its accuracy;
2. It is strictly prohibited to use a fan to blow towards the workbench during homework, in order to prevent dust and iron filings from rolling into the guide rail, affecting the accuracy and feel of the guide rail;
3. The equipment guide rail oil should be replaced and added in a timely manner. Generally, if the oil in the oil mirror is cloudy or blackened, it should be replaced within 3-6 months;
4. Please use lubricating oil for equipment guide rails, generally 32 # guide rail oil is recommended;
5. Regularly check whether the steel cable of the external cylindrical grinder worktable is loose and locked to prevent breakage or affect the accuracy of the hand feel;
6. Regularly clean the workbench guide rail to prevent iron filings from wearing the guide rail surface and affecting the accuracy of the guide rail. Cleaning can be done by wiping it clean with a cloth. For embedded debris, gently remove it with a shovel. The above actions should be carried out under the guidance of staff or handled by manufacturer personnel;
7. Regularly check whether the equipment body is unstable and level during operation;
8. If it is a manual device, the tightness of the steel cable should be checked regularly;
9. If it is a semi-automatic cylindrical grinder, the concentration of grinding fluid should be checked weekly and replaced in a timely manner.
