Precautions to be taken when grinding with a grinder.
1. Before driving, the machine tool should be carefully inspected, including checking the control mechanism, electrical equipment, and magnetic suction cups and other fixtures.
2. After inspection and lubrication, conduct a test run and confirm that it is in good condition before use. When installing the workpiece, attention should be paid to aligning and tightening it. If the workpiece becomes loose during the grinding process, it may cause serious consequences such as flying out and injuring people or crushing the grinding wheel.
3. When starting work, use manual adjustment to slow down the grinding wheel and bring it closer to the workpiece. The initial feed rate should be small, and excessive force should be avoided to prevent collision with the grinding wheel.
4. When using a stopper to control the reciprocating motion of the worktable, it is necessary to accurately adjust it according to the grinding length of the workpiece and tighten the stopper firmly.
5. When replacing the grinding wheel, a visual inspection must be carried out to check for any external injuries. Then, a wooden hammer or stick should be used to strike, and the sound should be clear and free of cracks.
6. When installing the grinding wheel, it must be assembled according to the prescribed methods and requirements. After static balance debugging, installation can be carried out. Only after the test run is normal can it be used.
7. Workers should wear glasses during work and maintain a balanced approach when repairing grinding wheels. Measuring workpieces, adjusting or wiping machine tools should be carried out after shutdown.
8. When using a magnetic suction cup, the surface and workpiece should be wiped clean, tightly attached, and firmly sucked. If necessary, a stopper can be added to prevent the workpiece from shifting or flying out.
9. Pay attention to installing the grinding wheel protective cover or machine tool baffle, and stand sideways to the front of the high-speed rotating grinding wheel.
