Understand the working principle of high-precision CNC grinding machine disk:
1. Grinding machine permanent magnet suction cup.
The grinder permanent magnet suction cup is designed based on the principles of magnetic flux continuity and magnetic field superposition. The magnetic circuit of the grinder permanent magnet suction cup is designed as multiple magnetic systems, and through the relative motion of the magnetic systems, the magnetic field strength on the working magnetic pole surface is added or cancelled, thereby achieving the purpose of suction and unloading.
When the permanent magnet suction cup of Jiande grinder is required to generate suction force, the magnetic field lines come out of the N pole of the magnet, pass through the magnetic yoke, pass through the ferromagnetic workpiece, and then return to the S pole of the magnet through the magnetic yoke. This way, the workpiece can be firmly attached to the permanent magnet suction cup of the Jiande grinder. When it is required that the permanent magnet suction cup of Jiande grinder has no suction force, the magnetic field lines do not reach the working pole surface of the permanent magnet suction cup, and a closed circuit of magnetic circuit is formed inside the permanent magnet suction cup. Almost no magnetic field lines come out from the working pole surface of the permanent magnet suction cup, so there will be no suction force on the workpiece, and the workpiece can be unloaded smoothly.
2. High precision CNC grinding machine electromagnetic suction cup.
The electromagnetic suction cup of the grinder is embedded with a coil. When the coil passes through a forward current, it generates a strong magnetic force, which attracts the object. The electromagnetic suction cup of the grinder also has a demagnetization function, which removes the residual magnetism of the worktable after power failure. When the coil passes current in reverse, a reverse magnetic field is generated, and the object is demagnetized, making it easier to remove the workpiece.
