Innovative technology research and development in China's grinding machine industry
With the increasing requirements of industrial manufacturing processes, the use of grinding machines is becoming more and more widespread. In order to break through the technological barriers of foreign grinding machines, grinding machine enterprises in various regions have actively adjusted their product structure, further developed new types of grinding machines and new grinding process technologies, and produced a number of significant achievements in grinding machine research and development projects.
Hangzhou Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. has developed the MKB7025 CNC track plate special grinding machine, which is one of the heroes of high-speed rail construction. The first set of track plate grinding machines has set an unprecedented speed record for new product development from design, manufacturing to installation and debugging, and has been praised by society for completing innovative research and development of track plate grinding machines for high-speed rail construction at the speed of high-speed rail. The track plate grinder developed by Hangji Group has continuously refreshed its production efficiency, creating a good record of processing 120 track plates per day.
Introducing a new generation of efficient and precise cylindrical grinding machine with a maximum turning diameter of 500mm, a maximum workpiece length of 3000mm, and a maximum workpiece weight of 1000kg. The machine tool adopts the latest high-efficiency and high-precision dynamic and static pressure bearings developed by the company, and adopts a bearing support structure with independent intellectual property rights. On the basis of fully ensuring the high-precision, high-speed, and uniform rotation support of the spindle, it achieves grinding with a large cutting amount, and its grinding efficiency is more than three times that of the original model.
The SK723 CNC Tap Thread Grinding Machine, a tool specific machine tool launched at CIMES2010, is used for the machining of tap threads. It uses a multi line grinding wheel for workpiece grinding and is equipped with a diamond roller automatic grinding device. The high-precision CNC closed-loop control system is selected for easy operation and programming. Due to the use of finite element analysis software for optimizing the design of the machine tool structure, its overall rigidity has been improved.
The CNC precision grinder has broken the international technological blockade and the major special project "Development and Application of Advanced Mechanical Equipment and Key Technologies" jointly undertaken by Xiamen University in Fujian Province's "Eleventh Five Year Plan" has passed the acceptance of the expert group of the Fujian Provincial Department of Science and Technology. This project has produced the first domestic four axis CNC precision grinding machine, filling the domestic gap and breaking the international technology blockade. In early June this year, the precision grinding machine was taken offline by Sanming Machine Tool and sent to a unit in Chengdu for official production.
