The use and adjustment of the head frame of the CNC cylindrical grinder. The head frame consists of a head frame box and a head frame bottom plate. The head frame box can rotate around the axis on the head frame bottom plate, and the rotation angle can be read from the scale plate. The head rack dial can achieve segmented speed control through a pulley and a frequency converter. The pre tension force of the triangular tape on one end of the headstock motor is adjusted by moving the headstock motor. The pre tightening force of the multi wedge belt on the headband dial is adjusted by rotating the eccentric sleeve. When rotating the eccentric sleeve of the CNC cylindrical grinder, the screw should be loosened first. After the eccentric sleeve is turned to the appropriate position, the set screw should be tightened.
