Introduction to common measuring instruments required for several CNC cylindrical grinders
Introduction to common measuring instruments required for several CNC cylindrical grinders.
1、 Active outer diameter measuring instrument:
Active measurement refers to continuously measuring the dimensional changes of the workpiece during the grinding process, and transmitting the dimensional changes to the control instrument, which then sends signals to control the action of the machine tool. Due to its ability to measure workpieces without stopping the machine, it reduces labor intensity, increases production efficiency, reduces scrap rates, and produces workpieces with high dimensional consistency, making it suitable for use in large-scale assembly line operations such as automotive parts and bearing parts processing.
2、 End face locator:
Installed on the grinding wheel rack, the end face measuring instrument is extended and retracted by the cylinder, and the measuring position of the measuring instrument can be adjusted by rotating the bracket angle to cope with workpieces of different diameters.
The end face locator is suitable for the deviation of the center hole of the workpiece, automatically compensating for axial deviation and increasing machining efficiency.
3、 End face measuring instrument:
Short positioning time. Fixed on the workbench, the measuring instrument is driven forward and backward by an oil cylinder, and the angle of the measuring rod is adjusted to meet the requirements of workpieces of different sizes. Generally, multiple combinations can be used to control the position distance of the workpiece end face.
