The operation of the machine tool is simple and practical, and it can be easily operated with simple training. The operator can automatically process workpieces of different sizes by setting the parameters of longitudinal grinding and cutting in grinding through the touch screen. This machine tool has a worktable with automatic gear jumping and five step automatic grinding for one workpiece. The vertical and cut in grinding sequences and grinding process parameters can be arranged arbitrarily among the five steps.
It has the function of automatically dressing the grinding wheel and automatic compensation.
The spindle bearing of the grinding wheel rack adopts four tile dynamic pressure bearings, and high-precision dynamic and static pressure bearings can also be selected according to user requirements.
